How do I buy a piece?
Tap “I want it · Text us CASA” on any piece, or send your whole list on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, the final price and a delivery date, and send you the order to approve. No online checkout needed.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the real driving distance from our Miami warehouse to your ZIP and on what we’re bringing. White-glove delivery starts at $149 and curbside at $89; each flight of stairs adds $50. Use the delivery estimate on any page to see your number.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces usually arrive in 2–5 business days in Miami-Dade and Broward, and 5–10 business days in the rest of Florida. Special orders take 4–12 weeks depending on the manufacturer. We call you 24–48 hours before with a 3-hour window.
How do I know it will fit?
Use “Will it fit?”: enter your wall width and every sofa, bed, dresser and TV stand is drawn to scale against it. Or send us 2 photos and your measurements — the Consulta CASA is free and we answer within 24 hours.
Do you help with design?
Yes. The Consulta CASA is free on WhatsApp. Diseño Estar ($250, one space) and Diseño Casa ($600, 2–4 spaces) include an in-home visit, a 3D layout and a moodboard with real pieces and prices — and are credited toward your furniture.
Where do you work?
Design visits in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Furniture delivery anywhere in Florida.
What if something arrives damaged?
Inspect every piece at delivery and note any damage before signing. Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos. We’ll repair, replace or refund depending on the case — see our damage & inspection policy.
